Refund Policy

All refund requests should be made in writing to dreamlynest@gmail.com

BIRTH SUPPORT

If canceled before labor or induction begins the client will receive no refund.
If canceled after labor or induction begins the client will receive no refund and no transfer of services.
Clients that DO NOT attend any meet-ups will receive no refund.
Birth clients who must have a c-section prior to labor are not eligible to transfer refunds or a refund unless the doula is not able to support by her circumstance. Please communicate with us in the case of an emergency cesarean and we will support you during your birth or in recovery. If a scheduled cesarean turns into an emergent one there is a $100 on-call fee added.
BIRTH PLANS & POST-BIRTHS are non-refundable or transferable to other services.
Appointments not used within 30 days of birth will be forfeited and not eligible for a refund/transfer.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

Postpartum services provided are non-refundable.
All postpartum hours will expire 3 months after purchase of postpartum hours OR birth of the baby (whichever is greater)
Pricing will convert to the individual hourly amount for partially used packages
Cancellation Policy:
- 2 weeks up to 24 hours before -- no fee for rescheduling
- 24 hours to 2 weeks before -- 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours no refund.

BREASTFEEDING & BABY SUPPORT

Services provided are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
- 2 weeks up to 24 hours before -- no fee for rescheduling
- 24 hours to 2 weeks before -- 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours no refund.

PLANNING SESSIONS & ONE ON ONE SESSION

Services provided are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
- ≥ 2 weeks - 24 hours before -- no fee for rescheduling.
- 24 hours to 2 weeks before -- 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours no refund.
